RENTAL FEES:
Costs are based on an event with 1-100 people, additional staffing may be required for larger events. If alcohol is served, additional security may need to be added.
- Weekday: $265.00 per hour with a (4) hour minimum*
- Weekends: $265.00 per hour with a (10) hour minimum
- With the wedding package: $2,650 for 12 hours (Savings of $530).
Note: you must allow for a 3hr load in and 3hr load out. Please add these hours to the time of your actual event to calculate rental hours needed.
* Hourly supplement of $60 per hour to be added if the Garden Room is used.
Add $10 per person premium for events on Saturdays from May 1st to november1st
RENTAL FEE INCLUDES: Use of facility for the contracted period of time, onsite janitorial during event hours, venue manager, and security (more may be needed to be determined on a per event basis).

Kaiser Center Tenants receive at 20% discount on venue rental fees

*SUMMER WEDDING SPECIAL*: your wedding rental fee includes the Roof Garden AND the Garden Room AND the Lakeview Terrace.
ROOF GARDEN EVENT HOURS: Events may be held between the hours of 8am-1am including all load in and out.

VENUE HOLD DEPOSIT: $1,000.00 is required to officially hold your date and is due with your signed contract. This deposit is non-refundable if your event is cancelled.
ADDITIONAL STAFFING: Pricing is per hour with a 10 hour minimum on Saturday and Sunday. 4 hour minimum on weekdays
Security*: $35.00
*One security per 50 to 100 guests for evening, non-wedding events where alcohol is served
Janitorial: $35.00
PARKING: Weekday parking is $21.00 per car. On weekends parking is managed on a per event/per case basis.
With Wedding package: FREE parking up to 8 hours. Additional hours are $50.00 per hour. Applicable to weekend only events.
PRICE SCHEDULE:
EQUIPMENT RENTALS: Tables & linens to be arranged throughout preferred vendor, AM Rentals. Additional rentals are priced for each event individually.
Prices range from as little as $800 for a cocktail reception to $16 per person for a seated dinner inclusive of all rentals and delivery fees for standard linens. Optional upgrades are available.
BAR SERVICE: Full beverage service is available for your event. Please consult with one of our event planners for specifics.
Private Events:
Beer and Wine: $14.95 per person
Standard Bar Upgrade Add: $6.95 per person
Premium Bar Upgrade Add: $12.95 per person
LIGHTING PACKAGES:
Standard Lighting: $1,195.00* rope/string lighting over dance and reception area (non optional for outdoor evening events).
*Just $995 for wedding package
Mid Range Lighting: $1,495 Outdoor rope/string lighting over dance and reception area.
Includes: dance lights, cake lighting, and lighting for buffet or gift table.
High End Lighting: $2,500 Includes: Dance lights, cake lighting, buffet lighting, custom monogram or 3 patterned images on ground, gift or entrance table lighting, Bar lighting, and/or up-lighting of trees.
SOUND: $450 Sound system for events (great for ceremonies, speeches, or parties) includes pro speakers, wireless microphone and wireless lapel microphone, and MP3 player/ CD player input.
